1. Who we are and what you agree to

Jelajah Halal (halalmuslimtravel.com) is operated by HARTA PRIBUMI HERITAGE (CA0426810-X), Malaysia (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

4. The Hajj and Umrah guide

5. The “Ask us anything” assistant

Answers are produced by an AI service and can be wrong. Do not rely on them for religious rulings, medical, legal, safety or immigration matters. Please do not type personal details into it.

6. Using the site fairly

You agree not to:

We may slow down, block or remove anyone who does this, without notice.

7. Reviews and messages you send

Reviews are checked before they appear. You must write only what you honestly experienced, and nothing unlawful, hateful or private about others. We may edit for length or clarity, or decline to publish.

We try to keep the site running but do not promise it will always be available, error-free or complete. We may change, pause or stop any part of it at any time. The offline pack is a convenience and may be out of date.

11. Our responsibility

The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss, injury, cost or missed arrangement that results from relying on it or from being unable to use it, including losses from wrong or old information, a closed place, a missed prayer time, a refused entry or a travel plan that did not work. Nothing here limits any right you have under Malaysian consumer law that cannot be limited, or our responsibility for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Privacy

How we handle personal data, and your rights under Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010, are explained on the Privacy and personal data page.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the site after a change means you accept it.

14. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction, unless the law of your own country gives you a right to something different. Questions or complaints: please use the contact form.
